1. Agreement

By submitting a quote request you authorise EnergyFit Ltd ("EnergyFit", "we") to prepare a written quotation for Display Energy Certificate ("DEC") and, where requested, Recommendation Report ("RR") services for the sites you list.

2. Pricing

Quoted prices are fixed for 30 days, exclusive of VAT, and apply per site. Volume pricing applies automatically when three or more sites are quoted in a single submission.

3. Lodgement

All certificates are lodged on the MHCLG Energy Performance of Buildings register. EnergyFit is responsible for assessor accreditation, site assessment, and lodgement.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 5 working days before a scheduled assessment incur no charge. Inside 5 working days, 50% of the per-site fee is payable.

5. Liability

EnergyFit's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected site under the engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law
