What is a Business Energy Manager Service?
Juggling the demands of business can be tough, how a company consumes energy is not always high up on the work agenda. However, with utility costs projected to increase significantly in the coming years and more, ever stringent regulations coming in to force, energy management should be a business priority.
Quite often ‘energy management’ is seen as another ‘cost’. When Energy Management is done well, it should be the opposite, saving you more than is costs to implement.
We offer 2 options to ‘fit’ your business requirements:
Option 1: For a low fixed monthly fee, we provide and manage advanced energy management software that will help monitor and target energy savings. You will be assigned an energy manager who will complete an audit of your business, actively review and report on your consumption and is on hand to provide ongoing support and advice.
Option 2: If you want to reduce the monthly cost and do not require access to our advanced energy management software, we can provide a Energy Management service based on the information already available.
If your organisation falls within the remit of ESOS legislation, your fixed monthly fee includes the completion of your ESOS compliance and sign -off by an ESOS Lead Assessor.

Costs are dependant on the type and size of your business. We offer a free scoping review where we assess your business to determine the potential savings you could achieve. How can an energy management service help your business?

In addition to the benefits noted in the ‘what the service includes’ section above, we also provide advice on sources of funding and how to implement suggested savings. You will also receive and annual report detailing your annual savings and highlighting future areas for improvement.
Depending on your current energy management status, we believe the money you will save will be considerably more than your monthly cost. We offer a free scoping report which provides an estimate of potential savings before you commit.
Energy Management is a team affair. We will provide help and resources to help you engage with staff to help reduce your energy consumption.
As part of the service you will receive a review of your energy consuming business activities that will provide bespoke energy saving advice. We would aim to help you implement these measures.
Free ESOS Audit
The aim of this service is to provide the skills of energy manager working for your business for a low fixed monthly fee. As part of the fee, if you need to comply with ESOS legislation, our qualified and registered Lead Assessors will undertake your ESOS audit. All you need to do is help with the audit process and sign off the evidence pack.
ESOS can cost £1000’s. We can include it in our monthly charge as most of the work that needs to be completed under ESOS will already be completed as part of the service. We will already be collating and analysing your energy consumption across your business, and, we will have undertaken ESOS compliant energy audits of the major energy consuming aspects of your business.
Please note, we also provide ESOS compliance as a stand alone service for a one off fee. You do not need to sign up to our monthly business energy management service to use us. To find out more, click here
